clk444 Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an account with clk444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been excluded from clk444 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement;
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of clk444 or its affiliated companies.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. clk444 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point by requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your clk444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must not allow any third party to access or use your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify clk444 immediately by contacting [email protected]. clk444 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access that occurred before you notified us, provided that such access was not attributable to our own negligence.

clk444 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misrepresentation, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, we may retain account balances pending investigation and, where unlawful activity is confirmed, report the matter to relevant authorities.

clk444 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though clk444 reserves the right to apply individual deposit ceilings as part of responsible gaming measures or where required by our payment partners.

All funds deposited to your clk444 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. clk444 processes deposits immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider; any delay caused by the payment provider is outside our control.

clk444 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their standard fee schedule. Players are responsible for verifying applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a transfer.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. clk444 does not support withdrawals to a payment method different from the deposit source, nor to accounts held in another person's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand or where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. clk444 will communicate any delays to the affected player via email.

clk444 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification. Where a withdrawal request is declined, the reason will be communicated to the player and a reasonable opportunity will be provided to resolve the matter.

Any funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the relevant bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account.

clk444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal incentives tied to the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar (including BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day promotions).

Each bonus offer is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. General bonus conditions applicable across all clk444 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players with verified accounts only;
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• clk444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;

By placing a bet on clk444, you confirm that you understand the nature and odds of the wager, and that you are placing the bet of your own free will. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled except in circumstances described in our Void Bet policy.

clk444 reserves the right to void bets where: an event is abandoned or postponed beyond 36 hours; the outcome of an event is affected by corrupt conduct; incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error; or in any other circumstance where voiding is consistent with industry standard practice. In all void cases, the stake is returned to the player.

All casino games available on clk444 — including slots, live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Andar Bahar), crash games (Aviator), Jackpot Bingo, and Treasures of Aztec — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer operations provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, clk444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, interruption of service, or technical malfunction.

clk444's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

clk444 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible. Unscheduled downtime, while minimised, may occur and clk444 accepts no liability for resulting inconvenience.

clk444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering with clk444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

clk444 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our platform. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors and regulatory authorities where required by law or for the purpose of fraud prevention.

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your clk444 account or a specific transaction, you should first contact our support team at [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If you remain dissatisfied following our internal resolution process, clk444 will work with you in good faith to identify an appropriate resolution pathway.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be construed and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming practice. clk444 is committed to fair, transparent, and timely resolution of all player disputes.

You may close your clk444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any open investigations.

clk444 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time and without prior notice where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; we are required to do so by law or regulation; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or other harmful conduct; or your account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 24 months.

Upon termination by clk444 for cause, any pending withdrawal requests may be suspended pending investigation, and bonus balances will be immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned only where clk444 is satisfied that the funds were not derived from prohibited activity.

clk444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the clk444 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
